Short and Long Consultations-These are bulk-billed directly to Medicare.

Short– Our standard appointment is 10 minutes in duration for each patient. In order to help us to provide a prompt service, we request that you consider how long you may need when booking your appointment.

Long– We appreciate that sometimes you have a few issues to discuss or feel that you need more time with the doctors, we are happy to accommodate longer appointments.

For Patients without a Medicare Card and for some Procedures, Treatments and Consultations which are not covered by Medicare

We welcome patients without a Medicare Card and patients requiring treatments, procedures and consultations which are not covered by Medicare. The Receptionist or Doctor would explain additional costs and billing policy prior to any treatment. We appreciate payment at the time of consultation. Please contact the Reception in advance before making these appointments.

Telephone Initial Discussion on Test Results and Continuing Repeat Prescriptions

You should always see a Doctor for these services. However, in some cases, the Doctor may prescribe continuing repeat prescriptions and discuss blood results without a consultation. A fee is charged for these services, this amount is not claimable by Medicare. Please contact the Reception for booking and payment. We appreciate payment at the time of booking.
