I was born in Perth and after High School, moved with my family to the UK where I trained as a GP. I have expertise in a wide range of specialties and bring knowledge from having worked as a GP in both Australia and in the UK. I particularly enjoy care of people in Mental Health Issues, Child and Women’s Health (I offer Pap Smears, Mirena and Implanon Fitting and Removal, Contraception, Sexual Health and Menopause Management).It is often said that you hear me before you see me, so come and say Hi. Although, I am not a registered medical practitioner, all my doctors listed below believe in providing quality care for all Australians. I was a Professor of Corporate Social Responsibility at Leeds Beckett University, UK. I hold several academic positions including Visiting Professor at Kedge Business School, France and University Des Mascareignes in Mauritius. I give guest lectures on Research Methods and Philosophy and Social Responsibility. I also supervise PhD students internationally. I am currently the CEO of Samy Medical Group Pty Ltd which operates wholly owned Medical Practices and joint ventures with Solis Health a Psychology and Psychiatry Service, Skin Hub a Skin Cancer and Cosmetics Clinic and Purity Health, Menopause and Women’s Health Centre.

Hi there, I am an accomplished Practice Director for the last 6 years; I am responsible for the daily operations of handling staff and patient interactions; I also look at the strategic perspectives of all the Medical Practices under Samy Medical Group Pty Ltd.
A pivotal role I play is to ensure that all our medical practices achieve Accreditation (Policies and Procedures); this provides assurance to the community that we are committed to Safety, Quality and Excellence.
Dr Arwinder Pal Singh

Hi I’m Dr Arwinder Pal Singh. I am a (MBBS) graduate and did my post graduate (MD) in India. I have ample experience of working in both Primary Care and Tertiary Care. I enjoy all aspects of General Practice but have a keen interest in Respiratory and Cardiac Medicine. I have been involved in teaching medical graduates and have some publications in international journals. I’m fluent in English,Punjabi and Hindi.
Besides work, I’m a loving and caring father of two daughters and I prefer to spend quality time with my family. I also love watching movies and playing cricket.

My name is Dr Purity Carr, I’m a GP and Menopause Doctor. I graduated from Manchester University with a Bachelor of Surgery and Medicine in 2012. I was born in Kenya and emigrated to the U.K. in 2000. I went into Medicine as a mature student and a single mother. I was inspired by reading the books ‘Think Big & Gifted hands by Dr Benjamin Carson. I went on to qualify as a GP in the United Kingdom in 2017. I worked for NHS, Airforce, and then Army till 2019. I emigrated to Australia in Jan 2020. In Australia, I worked in busy mixed billing medical centres in Rockingham, then in the Mandurah region. On 4th July 2022, Dr Purity Carr Menopause Clinic in partnership with Samy Medical Group opened our doors to our first Menopause patient.

Hello, I am Dr Negar Ghazav. I graduated from the Medical Science University of Isfahan, Iran in 2008. I have then practiced in Iran in the General Health field for 6 years and moved to Australia to work as a GP. I am friendly and approachable, and I enjoy all aspects of General Practice. With a caring and thorough approach, I like to get to know my patients as people and help them understand their health issues and treatment options to make informed health choices. I have a particular interest in Women’s Health, Pediatrics and Chronic Disease and Management. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring WA with my family, walking and traveling.
